Class UKG Weekly Planner – 29th April 2019 to 4th May 2019
Dear Parents,
Warm Greetings!
As part of our efforts to implement a system of regular teacher-parent and school-parent communication, below is the detail of the upcoming events/ topics/ activities planned for class UKG for the week of 29th April 2019 to 4th May 2019 .
Weekly Subject Learning Schedule
English
- Children will get the concept of three letter words of “a” sound.
- Children will do individual reading of the same topic from their book.
Mathematics
- Children will get the concept of Backward’s Counting.
- Children will write down Backward’s Counting from 50-1 on their worksheets.
Urdu:
- Children will get the concept of . (ظبَر، زِیر اور پیش ).
- Children will also do reading from their book.
Hindi: Children who have opted for Hindi as their 2nd Language will revise तीन अक्षर वाले शब्द Practice of the same will be done on सुलेखन. Written work will also be done on the worksheet.
EVS: Children will learn the concept of “Family’.Written work will be done on worksheet.
Subject Activity-Role Play: Children will play role of different members of their family.
Moral Education: Students will learn how to respect and help the family members.
Conversation: Students will revise all the previous questions learnt in the classroom.
Rhymes: Children will do recitation of new rhyme “Chubby Cheeks…….”.
Recapitulation of previous Rhymes will also be done i.e.
- Where is Thumbkin…..
- I Hear Thunder…..
- Father Finger…….
Art & Craft: Making of Vowel Tree by hand prints.
Nature walk:-Students will recite rhymes in the school garden.
Story: Students will narrate the stories of –“Thirsty Crow” and “Three Little Pigs” in their own words.
Audio/Visual: With the help of audio/visual tools children will learn the following:
- Song of Urdu Haroof
- Rhymes and Story.
- Concept of Tens and Ones.
Friday Activity(Rainbow Activity):Rainbow Activity will be conducted. This will help the children to recapitulate the colours. This will also help them to understand the concept of rainbow which consists of seven colours. Parents are requested to send crayon colours with your ward on Friday.
