H.O.D Physical Education, DPS Budgam -Mr. Rahil Shafi was felicitated for his outstanding performance in National and International level sports events by the Union Sports Minister of India, Mr. Kiran Rijiju at Gulmarg on 6th March, 2020. The felicitation programme cum Talk Show was organised by Sun Rising Kashmir to recognise the sports personalities of Jammu & Kashmir.
