Inter-House Multi-Lingual Declamation Competition

The DPS Budgam community witnessed a spectacular display of linguistic prowess and oratory skills in the Inter-House Multi-Lingual Declamation Competition. Held in two phases for Class 3rd on May 6th, 2025, and Class 4th on May 16th, 2025, the event saw enthusiastic participation from four houses: Dal House, Manasbal House, Nigeen House, and Wular House. The competition was conducted in English, Urdu, and Hindi, allowing students to express themselves in their preferred language.

The young participants of Class 3 showcased remarkable confidence and eloquence, impressing the judges with their articulation, content, and stage presence. After a keen evaluation, Nigeen House emerged as the winner, demonstrating exceptional oratory skills and linguistic abilities. Their performance was truly commendable and a testament to their hard work and dedication.

The Class 4 declamation competition was equally intense, with students delivering powerful speeches that highlighted their growing command over language and expression. Wular House stood out, showcasing exceptional oratory skills and securing the top position. Their performance was a reflection of their confidence and passion for public speaking.

Dean D.P.S.Budgam graced the occasion and encouraged the participants to continue honing their communication skills. He emphasized the importance of public speaking in shaping confident and articulate individuals, inspiring the students to further develop their abilities.
