DPS Budgam Hosts CBSE-Certified Training Session on National Education Policy (NEP) 2020

Delhi Public School Budgam, successfully conducted the CBSE Teachers’ Training Program on  National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, attended by 60 enthusiastic teachers from the school. The session focused on deepening the understanding of NEP and its core objectives and aimed at transforming the educational landscape through the student-centric and holistic learning approach.

The insightful sessions were conducted by  CBSE Certified  Resource Persons, Mr. Rajeev Kumar Choudhary, Principal , Army Public School, and Ms. Shefali Yadav, Headmistress , Army Public School. Both the trainers  guided the participants through the policy’s vision, highlighting innovative pedagogical practices, competency-based learning, and holistic education.

The training emphasized activity-oriented methodologies, encouraging teachers to reflect, interact, and explore ways to integrate these new approaches into classroom practices. Teachers shared valuable insights, actively participated in group tasks, and expressed enthusiasm to implement NEP-driven methods that foster creativity, critical thinking, and skill development among students.

The program proved  a fruitful and enriching experience, leaving teachers inspired and rejuvenated to align their teaching with the principles of NEP 2020.
