SQAAF and Awareness Training: Driving Excellence at DPS Budgam

Delhi Public School, Budgam, hosted a day-long professional development program that brought together 100 enthusiastic teachers, all committed to advancing quality and innovation in teaching and learning.

The enriching day began with an insightful session by Mr. Johnson P. J., who introduced the School Quality Assessment and Accreditation Framework (SQAAF). The session centered around the Pursuit of Excellence in Teaching and Learning and  guided teachers through meaningful processes of introspection and self-assessment. Participants gained valuable tools to refine their practices and strive for continuous academic improvement.

The afternoon unfolded with an interactive session on Awareness, led by Mr. Mehafooz Aslam. Through thoughtfully designed activities and discussions, teachers collaborated to identify classroom challenges and develop practical, student-centered strategies. The engaging group work nurtured teamwork, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving, creating an atmosphere of active learning.

The training left participants invigorated and inspired, equipping them with fresh insights and actionable strategies for enhancing classroom experiences.
