DPS Budgam commemorated Gandhi Jayanti with great fervor and enthusiasm, inspiring students to embrace the values of truth, non-violence, and simplicity. On 10th October,25 the students of Class 3C organized a special assembly to mark the birth anniversary of the Father of our Nation, Mahatma Gandhi.
The program began with a serene prayer, setting the tone for a reflective and meaningful celebration. The students then presented a soulful song on Gandhiji, paying tribute to his legacy and teachings. A thought-provoking speech followed, highlighting the importance of Gandhiji’s principles in today’s world. The students’ message was clear: Gandhiji’s teachings are timeless and universal, and by following his path, we can create a more peaceful and harmonious society.
The assembly culminated in a captivating dance performance bringing Gandhiji’s message to life.
