Science in Action – Inter house Quiz Competition at Delhi Public School Budgam

The Interhouse Science Quiz Competition for Class 8 was organized by Delhi Public School Budgam with great enthusiasm and active participation from all houses. The event aimed to ignite curiosity and provide students with a platform to showcase their scientific knowledge, teamwork, and quick thinking.

The quiz comprised multiple rounds covering physics, chemistry, biology, and general science, making it both challenging and exciting for the participants and the audience alike. After an engaging and competitive contest, the Yellow House emerged victorious, securing the 1st position with team members Aiza Masood, Falisha Shafi, and Musadiq Ahmad. The Green House took the 2nd position with Zia Imran, Tabiya Hamid, and Tasmeen Showkat, while the Blue House secured the 3rd position with Nimrat Khan, Aisha Asif, and Mirza Usman.

Each team exhibited confidence, thorough preparation, and a genuine passion for science and learning. The event was graced by Ms. Nahid Soz, Senior Advisor, and Mr. Mehfooz Aslam, Dean, DPS Budgam, whose inspiring words encouraged students to continue exploring the wonders of science.

The competition concluded with applause and appreciation for all participants. The dedicated efforts of the organizing committee, teachers, and coordinators made the event a memorable success, fostering scientific thinking and a spirit of healthy competition among students of Delhi Public School Budgam.
