“Fighting over little things may be forgiven, but dog-earing a book never is!”

The DPS Book Club (Junior Wing) organized a Bookmark-Making Activity on Friday, 31st October, with the objective of nurturing a love for reading and fostering a sense of belonging among its young members.

The event commenced with a brief orientation, during which the club representatives explained the rules and guidelines for the activity. Soon after, the enthusiastic participants showcased their imagination and creativity by designing colourful and unique bookmarks that reflected their artistic flair.

At the end of the activity, five outstanding bookmarks were selected based on originality, creativity, and neatness. The winners were honoured with a shared trophy and received appreciation from the Junior School Incharge, Ms. Tanveer Joo, who also praised the earnest efforts of all participants.

Overall, the activity was a delightful and enriching experience that encouraged creativity, teamwork, and a deeper affection for books among the budding readers.
