Empowering Educators: A Transformative Day at DPS Budgam

November 8, 2025 marked a luminous milestone in the journey of DPS Budgam, as our devoted educators plunged wholeheartedly into a day dedicated to professional enrichment and collective growth. The campus vibrated with enthusiasm and purpose, hosting the distinguished Capacity Building Programme (CBP) by CBSE, with the visionary tenets of NEP 2020 at its core.

Under the adept guidance of Ms. Shefali Yadav and Dr. Gulzar Ahmad from CBSE, sixty committed teachers gathered, united by a shared aspiration to usher in excellence in teaching. The sessions unfolded as a tapestry of innovative pedagogies, holistic insights, and the practical application of competency-based education. Through stimulating hands-on activities and interactive exchanges, educators discovered new perspectives and acquired strategies poised to invigorate their classrooms.

Parallel to these initiatives, a second group immersed themselves in the Teachers’ Training Programme, artfully led by Principal Ms. Glory George and Dean Mr. Mehfooz Aslam.
