DPS Budgam organized a Capacity Building Programme on Learning Outcomes and Pedagogies on 19th February, 2026. The programme aimed at enhancing teachers’ understanding of learning outcomes and effective pedagogies to improve student learning.

The session, led by Principal Mrs. Glory George, began with an introduction to the programme, highlighting its objectives and expected outcomes. A group of teachers participated as students, and Madam George demonstrated a lesson incorporating key parameters of the programme, showcasing effective teaching strategies and techniques.

The demonstration was followed by a feedback session, where representatives from each department shared their observations and insights. The feedback highlighted areas of improvement and best practices, encouraging teachers to reflect on their own teaching methods.
