Arbor Day: Little Hands, Big Impact – Classes 5C & 6C
In a vibrant celebration of Arbor Day, Classes 6C and 5C lit up our school with enthusiasm and a profound message on the vital role of trees in our lives. The assembly kicked off with the serene morning prayer, seamlessly flowing into the thought of the day that underscored nature’s treasures and the urgent call for environmental stewardship.
Students captivated the audience with heartfelt speeches, eloquently detailing how trees gift us life-sustaining oxygen, nourishing fruits, cooling shade, and a thriving ecosystem. Adding poetic grace, a young voice recited a touching poem, urging everyone to save trees and embrace the joy of planting more.
The highlight unfolded outdoors with a spirited tree plantation drive on our school premises. Our esteemed Pro VC, Mrs. Mumtaz U Nisa Soz, joined the School Principal, Senior School Coordinator, Junior School Incharge, Dean of Co-curricular Activities, dedicated teachers, and eager students in planting saplings side by side—a true symbol of unity for a greener tomorrow.
The event culminated in a resounding pledge by the students to safeguard trees and nurture a clean, verdant environment. This informative and uplifting assembly not only deepened appreciation for our natural world but also ignited a passion in every participant to foster a healthier planet.
