Empowering Teachers with Digital Skills and Quality Frameworks

Delhi Public School Budgam organized a Capacity-building Programme for educators to enhance their professional skills through a series of insightful training sessions. 

The programme began with an engaging and hands-on session on Canva for Educators, conducted by Ms. Muzamil. The session focused on the effective integration of digital tools in teaching-learning practices. Teachers were introduced to various features of Canva, enabling them to design creative presentations, worksheets, and visual content to make classroom instructions more interactive and impactful. The session witnessed enthusiastic participation and provided practical exposure to modern teaching techniques. 

This was followed by an enriching session on SQAAF (School Quality Assessment and Assurance Framework) led by Ms. Glory George, the esteemed Principal of the school. As the resource person, she shared valuable insights into maintaining quality standards in education, focusing on continuous improvement, institutional effectiveness, and holistic development. She emphasized that dedication, determination, and pure intent are key to achieving excellence and reaching new horizons in education. 

Both sessions were highly informative and inspiring, reflecting the school’s commitment to empowering educators with contemporary skills and fostering a culture of continuous professional growth.
