A Canvas of Childhood Joy at DPS Budgam

Pink, Blue, and Smiles All Around…..
On 30th April, 2026, the campus of DPS Budgam shimmered with laughter as the Nursery Stars celebrated Colour Day 2026′ in the tender shades of pink and blue.
The morning bloomed with joy as little hands carried pink and blue balloons, like tiny clouds drifting through the school corridors. The day unfolded into a festival of creativity — bottle-dabbing brought blush-pink florals to life, sponge-dabbed blues shaped leafy trees, and photo-pasting added personal touches to each masterpiece.
Though the rhythm of creating left the young artists pleasantly tired, their eyes still sparkled with wonder. Classrooms soon glowed with their vibrant art, turning walls into galleries of pride. Teachers watched as play seamlessly became learning, with colours finding meaning in the real world and quiet lessons of sharing and teamwork taking root.
The celebration culminated in a group showcase — a living mosaic of art, giggles, and smiles — echoing DPS Budgam’s belief that joy is the brightest medium of learning.
