Beyond Boundaries: Boys’ Annual Camp at Kokernag

The Boys’ Annual Camp 2026 at the scenic destination of Kokernag was an enriching and memorable experience, providing students with an opportunity to learn, explore and grow beyond the classroom. Set amidst the breathtaking natural surroundings of Kashmir, the camp beautifully blended adventure, physical fitness, recreation and experiential learning.

Each day began with a morning assembly, followed by invigorating physical exercises, setting an energetic tone for the day. Students participated enthusiastically in trekking, exploring the beautiful surroundings while developing endurance, confidence, teamwork and an appreciation for nature.

A visit to the fish pond offered students an interesting opportunity to observe aquatic life and connect with their natural surroundings. The camp also featured engaging recreational activities such as musical chairs, which brought out the students’ competitive spirit while creating moments of laughter and camaraderie.

As the day came to an end, the campfire became a special highlight. Students gathered together to enjoy music, performances and moments of fellowship, creating an atmosphere of warmth and togetherness.

The camp successfully combined adventure, discipline, fitness, nature exploration and fun, helping students develop valuable life skills such as cooperation, leadership, resilience and self-confidence.
