Family is not an important thing. It’s everything….
On 26th September 2026, the Mumtaz Soz Hall was filled with warmth, smiles and joy as the little stars of Class UKG celebrated ‘Family Day’ with their parents. The event celebrated the beautiful values of love, togetherness, family and unity. The programme was gracefully anchored by Class 5 students, Affan Ahmad and Noor Fatimah, who hosted the event with confidence and enthusiasm. The occasion was graced by our esteemed Pro-VC Mrs. Mumtaz-un-Nisa Soz, Principal Mrs. Glory George, Dean Mr. Mehfooz Aslam, and School Incharges along with the parents of UKG, under the guidance of the UKG class teachers. The programme began with a warm welcome by young hosts of class 5th – Affan Ahmad and Noor Fatimah, followed by an inspiring welcome address by our Principal. She spoke beautifully about the importance of family bond, warmth and togetherness, and how parents and school must work together as one extended family for the betterment of our children. The celebration commenced with a traditional ‘Isbandh Ceremony’, followed by a soulful Prayer and a graceful Welcome Dance. Our young UKG learners then presented a delightful series of colourful performances, including a cheerful Urdu Rhyme, a thoughtful Role Play on Happy Joint Family, and a vibrant presentation on Unity in Diversity. The energy continued with lively Hindi Dances, a melodious Qawali, a sweet English Dance on Family, and a spectacular Cultural Remix Dance showcasing the diverse traditions of South India, Rajasthan, Punjab and Kashmir. The performances reflected the hard work, confidence and enthusiasm of the young learners. The celebration concluded with a heartfelt v’Vote of Thanks’, leaving every parent proud and every heart full. It was truly a memorable day that reminded us all when home and school stand together, children shine the brightest.
