Maths Olympiad(Class 3)

Olympiad is a way to teach children that learning is never done without errors and practice. Olympiads are the means for students to compete with other students on a similar educational level. To assess students’ Mathematical understanding and potential, Maths Olympiad was held for the students of class 3rd on 25th November,2023 with an aim to provide a broader perspective on Maths issues and their application in the real world. Twelve students have been selected for the Olympiad based on their aptitude and reasoning.. Each team included two members from each section representing six teams respectively. Team A secured its position at top leaving behind Team E and Team C as first and second runner ups respectively. The fervent participants gave a tough battle to each other in all four rounds and showcased their brilliance by rapidly answering the questions. The Olympiad concluded with the distribution of medals to the winners- Mohammad Saad Parray & Maaniah Muzaffar [1st], – 3rd A, M. Aadam Parray & Umar Iqbal Mir [2nd] -3rd E Zunairah & Shahroz [3rd] – 3rd C. The participants were also encouraged with certificates.
